Our Team

Our Team: At Pratiti Gram Foundation (PGF), our team is thoughtfully structured to carry forward the torch of inclusive and sustainable development. We are committed not only to continuing ongoing initiatives but also to conceptualizing and implementing new interventions that meaningfully improve the quality of life of the people we serve. Our approach ensures that development is not episodic, but a continuous and evolving process rooted in the real needs of communities

As a dedicated and multidisciplinary team, we work with a long-term vision of tribal, rural, and community development across Jharkhand and India. Our efforts are guided by an understanding that true development must be participatory, culturally sensitive, and locally grounded. Drawing from an anthropological perspective, we recognize the importance of indigenous knowledge systems, social structures, and cultural identities in shaping sustainable development outcomes.

Our team actively engages with communities to ensure that developmental processes are inclusive of all sections of society, irrespective of class, caste, or gender. We emphasize capacity building, local leadership development, and community ownership, so that people become active agents of their own progress rather than passive beneficiaries.

We also focus on ensuring convergence with government programs, efficient resource utilization, and evidence-based planning to enhance the effectiveness of our initiatives. By combining grassroots engagement with strategic planning, our team strives to create interventions that are impactful, scalable, and sustainable.

Ultimately, our role is to ensure that development efforts remain continuous, adaptive, and resilient contributing to a more equitable and empowered society where every individual has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
